Anyone else watch "Years and Years" on HBO? The finale is tomorrow and I've been totally caught up in it. Not so much the characters but some of the ideas. It's a dystopian drama set in Britain that starts current day then jumps a few years each episode.

Already seen it all as it aired on BBC a few weeks before HBO, but yeah, miles better than the last couple of Black Mirror seasons and the characters are really likeable.

Yes! The first episode stressed me out so much. SOOOO MUCH! Because it could happen.

And then the end of episode 4 when ....

Danny dies! I thought he was going to stand up at any point. Because no, he can't die. But then he didn't and I said out loud,"Holy shit". Because series don't often kill off main characters, except GOT. And then when the whole family went to Viktor, I thought it was to welcome him and assure him he was family, so I cried. But then in episode 5, we learn that it wasn't that benign, that people yelled at and blamed Viktor.

Sheesh. It's been a wild ride and I can't wait to see where it goes.

Yeah, my wife left the room in the first episode. It was very stressful. I haven’t been able to watch Chernobyl yet because of it.

I was, yet again, blown away by Zendaya's performance in this episode. I thought it was an excellent episode and I very much agree with the article.

She was amazing! Her as 90s thriller Morgan Freeman was awesome! I like this show more and more each week, Lexi as Bob Ross last week was also great. The more dramatic stuff has also been great and become more layered.

I finished Years and Years last night.

Really great show. Lots of anxiety about the future of the world. But also some hope.

FUCK THAT! Why the heck did they do that? It ruined how great the show was in a stupid 30 second needless cliffhanger that wasn't even a good cliff hanger. "Edith?" UGH!!! Not quite as bad as Dexter but it sure is up there!

I highly recommend Shangri-La the doc mini-series about Rick Rubin and his studio. It can get a bit pretentious, but it's also super interesting and there's cool geeky studio stuff and great performances by a ton of varied artists.

Anybody watch The Boys? Pretty decent Watchmen-esque type show about superheros in a modern world. Written by the same guy who did Preacher I think?

Also shot in Toronto so nice to see all the local spots in it.

The Boys Comics was written by the same writer as the Preacher comics, not the same writer as the TV Series.

Watched the first two eps, decent and funny, I would say that its more akin to Kick Ass than Watchmen imo.

I just finished Orange is the New Black, the final season. I thought it was well done. So much better than last season. It wrapped up a lot of the story lines. Some of the endings were sad, some happy, some open ended. I'm glad I stuck with it.

OITNB is a show that I just can't binge. I think Veronica and I have watched the first four episodes so far. It's pretty good. Better than the last couple of seasons for sure.

I finished it almost a week ago, the final season was definitely a major improvement over 5 & 6!

Just finished the Euphoria season one finale. I don't know that she wins them, but I definitely think Zendaya should get some Emmy and Golden Globe consideration for her work on this show. And this finale should be the episode they submit for consideration because she was fantastic in this episode.
