Decade lists have traditionally gone x0-x9.
I would say EPs count if the same song isn’t on there twice, like a 12” remix has.
If you want it to count, it counts...

I couldn’t do ten. Not because there weren’t ten but because there was a clear top five and the difference between 6 and 26 were soooo close I couldn’t decide. I also didn’t want to do a list of like 100 because it would take a long ass time. Instead here’s my top 5 and yes I know it’s basic middle-aged dude with a beard indie rock but I have accepted who I am.
