no clue but pretty sure its still on sale at udiscover haha. i think the jacket is different too? i ended up buying this one by accident from udiscover when it first went live. i used my points for a lot of it so didn't want to cancel and risk losing my points and only getting refunded the money i spent on it.This really surprises me

My absolute favourite gig venue here. It’s an old theatre converted into a roughly 2,000 capacity venue, the acoustics are phenomenal.

yea--a very cool venue! i wish i had seen more shows there when I lived in Dublin for a few months in college. saw some shows at lots of small venues and saw Wilco at the Vicar Street I think?

Yeah Vicar Street is a cool quite small venue. I saw Better Oblivion Community Centre and a few comedy shows there. I think it’s around the high hundreds.

Did you go to any gigs at the Point (I’m not sure when you were there but it was called that before it was rebuilt, since then it’s been the o2 and now 3 arena). It’s a great venue for bigger gigs too.

I don't know how I managed to make it all the way until today before learning Hanif Abdurraqib wrote the liner notes for this! I would've put far higher priority on getting a copy!

I think he got shelved by his other labels in the wake of being a creep, so only the stuff he released exclusively on his own is probably going to be available aside from dead stock/legacy/warehouse.

Yep. Basic supply/demand, I guess. No stores seem to stock Gold, Heartbreaker and Cold Roses at the moment. That triggers prices a bit even with low demand.
I heard he plans a comeback of sorts next year, though. Cardinals seem to be involved in some respect.

He’s put out like three albums since everything went down, but I think the damage is sort of done at this point. You can self-release all you want but I don’t know if he’ll get back to where he was.

Yeah, I know about the self released stuff (and I think it's like five or six albums now....). But this seems like something more legit. Maybe the damage is done, but who knows? Could be he's planning a whole redemption arc with a "drugs make you a monster"-message attached.
