If anyone in Europe is still looking for the Chet Baker Tone Poet, I just ordered mine through dodax for a reasonable price. It's been way overpriced in recent months, so happy I finally found an ok deal.

Anyone have any idea what this is? It shows a December release date. I thought maybe it was a repress of the BN75 but the UPC isn't showing up anywhere.

Hard to say. BN has not made any indication that the Tone Poets are limited editions. But at the same time the pricing of the older Tone Poet presses (Cassandra Wilson, Wayne Shorter etc) seem to indicate that the supply is dwindling.

From what I've understood it will be repressed, but all the pressing plants are just backed up due to covid.

still holding out. got the latest Turrentine and the McLean for under 22€ each at dodax.
Such a fantastic album and one that definitely deserves the Tone Poet treatment. It was my first solo Tyner purchase and I think it’s one of his best.

I did a double-take thinking it said Extensions at first! I'm lucky to have a copy of Extensions already, but have been looking for Expansions for a while so will certainly pick this one up.

Same! But Joe replied to someone suggesting Extensions as a Tone Poet saying "most def" so I guess I will at some point be buying a second copy.
Same here. Extensions is amazing - the only appearance of Alice Coltrane on BN!
