The football thread RenegadeMonster is looking for: NFL talk

Don't they sell a lot of standing room seats there? Maybe folks trying to get the best spot? But agreed, this looks crazy!
They have some standing room sections that are pretty awful "seats". It's a terrible Jerry Jones cash grab but there's definitely an audience for it.
Wtf would you run? You have an assigned seat 🤦🏻‍♂️😂
Some of it is the standing room section which are first come, first served. People with assigned seats doing that might be a lemming factor or something to do with FOMO.

At least you get to watch it on TV!

This may be the dumbest thing I have ever seen.

Looks like a waste of money from that view 😂

That's just stupid
The guy in the tweet is one of the morning radio guys I listen to. When the stadium was being built, they were out there to promote the stadium and had the architect on. He asked the architect why the stadium was oriented that way given the sun would be beaming into the stadium during any late afternoon game. The architect dismissed him as not knowing what he was talking about and the sun wouldn’t be a factor. So every broadcast in the late afternoon he tweets about it. The stadium was made to sit like that so it opened up to look at the stadium that the Texas Rangers baseball team no longer play at.

Yeah, Levi's Stadium is also built poorly where one entire side of the stadium is in blazing sun/heat for most of the games. But at least it's not affecting play like this!
