I would highly recommend anyone thinking about this to listen first digitally, it is more a curiosity than an essential listen. Its mostly demos and less than stellar recordings. Interesting, sure. But that's a lot of cash for this type of release.

Finally getting around to Dave's Picks Vol. 1 and its spectacular. Never listened to this show but its right in my wheelhouse. Mastering is top notch as always. This will probably be the only live Dead vinyl release I keep up with, if they keep going. The early Dace's CD prices are outrageous at this point.
