Hey, there's certainly a lot to complain about there. Though in Maryland, it's the Motor Vehicles Association (MVA) for some reason lol.

Someone mentioned the MVA to me the other day. And I looked at them with such confusion. After several awkward seconds of silence, I said, "Oh, you mean the DMV?"

Anyway, this is the place I go if I'm contemplating a [insert other clever name instead of the spins] at teeeee's? Cool!

Just popping in to say also DMV, Southern Maryland here. All the way down at the bottom of the state, where people don't realize we exist haha Anytime I meet someone and say I'm from Maryland, about an hour or so south of DC, they give me a confused look and say, 'south of DC?' I've lived in the DMV my entire life actually. Grew up down here, went to Virginia Tech and the University of Maryland for school and then back down to SoMD for work.

Hello, distant neighbor! I must admit that SoMD is mysterious to me and I've lived in the DMV most of my life. I KNOW that it exists, but I'm not 100% certain that it isn't VA, or on the other side of a wormhole or something. I hear that it is pleasant and pastoral, however.

haha exactly! That's the reaction I usually get. It is very nice down here, but definitely not as built up as the areas closer to DC.
