I highly doubt that I will use this, just sharing if anyone's interested. I will use word of mouth around here to see if anyone's island had good prices though.

I always donate the first one to Blathers... Always have. It's the only way to make sure you complete the museum collection.

For sure, asking friends goes along with the design and intention of the game. I don’t have any problems with that at all.

Here's a rumored thing I've been trying out the last few days... If you wear the Dodo Airlines merch they give you, when using the Nook Miles ticket, you have a higher chance of getting a rare island. But maybe only once a day.

The last three days I've done this and had:

- A money rock island
- Bamboo island
- Hybrid flower island

My wife on the other hand hasn't found anything rare at all.
