they once sent me five of the package with the last dead weather album, three went to a wrong address and one got to me but just had a standard copy of the album in it and they were just like "it's all good" but this was also back in the day when you had to just hit up Ben Swank on AIM for customer service

that process also required me to somehow download and use AIM in like 2015, so what I'm saying is I don't think they have room to be casting stones

I'd send it back if I didn't pay for it and they asked me to send it back but that is just me. I have gotten duplicates of records I ordered before and I let the record label know but they've always told me to just keep it or pay it forward.

Has anyone listened to the TMRxImpulse yellow releases that I see in the Vault Store? I usually check on Fridays and a new one has been released. Wish they would send a stock update email when new releases hit the Vault store!
