I had mine sent direct through the chat. They confirmed my email there but didn't send the code through email.

Yea--I got the email with a code and am still a member (even though my membership ends this month). I bet they cross-referenced the list of current member email addresses with previous purchasers so they wouldn't get people double-dipping on discounts. I got both since I have two different email addresses (one for Anthology and one for my membership).

hah no I spent $199. I got the $50 off for being a member and another $50 off code to stack for purchasing previous anthology. I doubt you could stack 2 $50 off coupons but who knows anymore!

Right--but if you're a member, even if you bought a previous anthology, it seems like you don't get a code. Unless I'm mistaking what some people here have said. Did other people get a code emailed if you bought a previous anthology and are currently a member?

I'm a current member and purchased all of the previous Anthologies. I did not get any email whatsoever. I had to go through chat to get the discount code.

Yea--I bet that's what happened. I got lucky since my anthology purchase email address was different from my member email.

Sadly I wouldn't be shocked if my order gets "cancelled" somehow.

Just got off a long chat. Those CS reps who gave out codes were "not supposed to do that." The 'team' is looking into it. They (obviously) had a glitch with emails and who was a member, etc. I just sent a follow up email.

I would presume they just eat the expense now and deactivate the workaround.

I’d buy at $199, that’s still not an amazing “deal” but closer to what a boxed set is supposed to be! Oh well.

Nothing to add but man do I love watching this drama unfold after everything they do, and yet people still buy from them so why would they change a broken system when $$$ keeps flowing into their

I only purchased it because of the $199 price which I don't think is egregious. I was going to buy a bunch of the Tribe reissues from Pure Pleasure anyway but at $199, the box price vs Pure Pleasure reissue price isn't bad at all (and actually probably cheaper).

I don't trust that they will figure out how to code it in Shopify so that you can get member price but not add a coupon code in haha

Not trying to shame anyone who bought, just find it amusing that every thing they do has something no matter how big or small that goes wrong, there's an old saying in Denver, I know it's in Texas, probably in Denver, that says fool me once shame on you, shame on you. Fool me you can't get fooled again.

I agree, my post was probably a little more negative than intended— $200 would’ve gotten me to buy right away instead of hunting down Pure Pleasure copies. But since I got the PP, I don’t need the VMP
