Zamrock related: Now Again apparently got Ngozi Family - 45,000 Volts added to Spotify.
One of the high points of the Zamrock box, and it's definitely making my afternoon at work better.
That's awesome. I hadn't made it that far, but it looks like everyone except for Banda (who I seemed to like more than most people) and The Oscillations are now on the streaming services.Yeah, that album is rad. I think the first four albums from the Zamrock box all got stand-alone releases from Now-Again this year. And I think I've seen the Fireballs album from Strawberry Rain as well.
Man I didn't know Storfer posted thereI miss that Fakebook page. It was hilarious. I loved the guy who would take pics of cd booklets, posed near a blurry TT pretending he was listening to vinyl
Oh man thats exciting! My tracking doesnt even work so I have no way of knowingIt's Happening! Herbie is out for delivery.
@Andy does your Herbie tracking work? Mine just pops up saying no info (even in Parcelapp as well).
Im not worried but would be nice to see its progress.
Ah well, props to you!I didn't order it the end. I keep on talking myself out of the Anthology titles and regretting it every time.
Ah well, props to you!
After all of these delays, podcast issues, etc, im on the fence as to whether I should have bought it or not. Hoping that its all worth it when it arrives.
Haven't played it yet, but everything seems exceptionally well done and just plain heavyThe Herbie set is how the 1st Blue Note set should have been done. At least VMP seems to be learning. Headhunters and Future Shock both sound better than original presses. (Rockit sounds insane). Nice touch with the obis on the Japan based presses as well.
I think it'll be a great set... but after all this i also doubt I'll be in for future anthologies.Ah well, props to you!

I cant tell you how happy I am to be reading this. I have been really on the fence about the decision to get it and really cant be dealing with the hassle of chasing them up because of issues.Haven't played it yet, but everything seems exceptionally well done and just plain heavy
