I’m up for renewal on 10-1. Will I pick my bonus records before then and they ship in October, or will I pick them in October and receive them in November?

I was up for renewal on 9/1 and received the email from them about picking the bonus records on 8/18. Fair warning that the 'Bonus Button' didn't appear in Chrome, and after going back-and-forth w/ CS, I found it worked in Safari. They all showed up yesterday w/ my Sep Classics record, 9 records pressed together in a stack wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap.

That’s what I was afraid of. I signed up for a year for the rock track a few months back with a different email, so I’m on the fence about renewing right now. I don’t really see anything worth having that I don’t already have. How often do they update the free albums?

They add stuff every month but it is usually between 6 and 10 titles. I think any records has to have been in store for 3 months before they add it to the free list of records.

Thanks for the info. I may cut back to a monthly subscription and see what they have in November and December.

What was said above, but I'll just note a couple things - I likely wouldn't have renewed without the free records ($500 for 20 is palatable even if if paying all at once), and though there weren't a lot I cared about, I was able to select a number of records as gifts. I figured if I was going to eventually buy a record for that person, anyway, then it all works out.

If you care to research first, that can take some time, flipping back and forth between the selection screen and Discogs to determine if getting that record for free is worth it vs buying it for $10-15.

Nah, that's how I feel about most Dusty. I get shit too, but we like what we like!
All good but I also happen to love Bobbie Gentry and Dusty Springfield. At any rate, this album is awesome. She was one of (the?) first major female country artist to write snd produce her own music. She had this awesome bluesy, jazzy, R&B tinge to her stuff too. Great singer and guitar player. The Delta Sweete is probably her best known album nowadays. Patchwork is also a great album. Really she didn’t make a bad album in the 5-6 years she was in the industry.

Bobbie is a legend and I love this album front to back. It's one of the few old country-ish albums my wife has introduced me to and now I listen to it more than her.
