Yeah it seems to me that it would be an interesting novelty to have that part uncensored, but it makes him joking about it less humorous. It's literally why he did it. I think even if they had the option, leaving it the same as original would have been a fine choice.

If they had censored those lyrics you mentioned, I would be more interested in an uncensored version.

It's actually kind of obnoxious. Just drop the hints. Don't hype the hints that may or may not be coming in the next 48 hours. Of course we want hints, just give them to us.

The guessing was great because the interactions felt more personal on the old forum. Corporations playing coy on twitter just feels forced.

I agree. I don’t think VMP is ever going to catch even the faintest whiff of Garth. When Ropin the Wind gets reissued, I expect him to do it in a way that he runs the show like with the box sets. Like you said, he knows how big he is.

Yeah, as much as I want it to be Merle Haggard, doing Charley Pride gives them diversity and inclusion in their country track, which is hard to find in the genre.
