Yeah, they still need that new copywriter that is capable of describing something without adding seven layers of confusion.
Here's my submission:

"It's like 2 anthologies. Spread out over a year. Without all those crazy things like box and booklet that typically come with anthologies. Please give us moneys".

WRONG! There is some "Mystery Merch Included" with 4 records. So exciting!
 
I think this is a good idea from them. The booklets are throwaways from anything I’ve got from VMP. You know up front what you’re getting, the cost is spread out and it’s a single artist. I have 4 of the records but I’m having a hard time resisting this one. I don’t really want random merch though. It’s going I be something flat to fit in a mailer. Here’s hoping it’s a nice pennant, but it will probably be art prints.

My only frustration with this is that it is a limited engagement track so you don't get any break for being an add on sub. Typical VMP money grubbing bs. People will also like the no swap feature either.

Are you saying we can dip in and out on a monthly basis as an add-on track?
 
Part of me was like if this was an artist I really liked and I only had few albums by or only had beat copies I'd be all over it, until I remembered that I needed to switch to international pricing, I'm not saying I'd never do this but it would have to be something special for me to drop that kind of money!

I'm not sure I like this idea or would prefer it was a mix of albums by the artist and chosen by the artist but I'm guessing this is the easier way to do it so that's why despite the wording of the announcement it's just Dolly, not Dolly and some of her favorite artists.
