"Booty" (the song after Cleva) is an amazing track! It is a sassy and bold song, that does a lot with little! That song still sounds really fresh! And the song after "Kiss Me on My Neck" is an absolute gem. You can just hear Badu's craving and urging vocals on the song, as she desires a kiss on her neck so badly lol (I want someone to walk behind me and kiss me on my neck too lmao) I love the lyrics to that song and I love the loud, funky chorus on Kiss Me on My Neck too! It's brilliant! 🔥🔥🔥

I wonder what you think of the song "In Love With You" with Stephen Marley! It's my favourite song on the album! It's an intimate, stripped, sensual, airy, simple tune that has a stunning moody guitar melody! It's beautiful duet! I love that song sooooo much! ♥

that was the song i was really thinking about with the album
 
I got my replacement copy of Spiritualized yesterday and gave disc 1 a spin and.... I think we’re good! Side B did have a noticeable visual scuff but thankfully didn’t effect playback and appears to be cosmetic. I need to listen to Disc 2 still but disc 2 of my first copy was fine so even if disc 2 of the new copy is jacked up I can still just combined the two to make one good copy.

With two copies I now have a good disc two. But I'm gunna have to keep going to get a good first one... My replacement copy was better on side one but terrible on side two, but Sides 3 and 4 were thankfully good.

I may get brave and test the whole thing tonight...

I'm not usually too quick to notice flaws in sound or warps, but this looked like the ocean on the platter.
 
I may have just received a decent copy of LP1 of Spiritualized. I only played through "I think I'm in love" and it didn't have the static bursts from the previous one. Now I have to play it through the entirety of 1A and 1B. I already have a good LP2, so fingers crossed.

Yeah, my second copy doesn't have the clicking my first copy did but it has the static that you are referencing unfortunately. I am probably gonna have to email em again and hope the third time is the charm.

My second copy had a clean Side 4, none of the constant pops from my first copy. But I Think I'm In Love was a mess again... So one disc down, one to go. Waiting on request for copy #3.

That's the thing, if my copies had the same issues in the same spots I'd think "Okay either they're all like this or my cart isn't aligned." But the issues are in different spots on each copy and sound different. So it's definitely the pressing (I mean obviously since now everyone is encountering the same issues)...
 
Well I just received a payment email for another 3 months that I already cancelled, I also changed my payment details to avoid any “mistakes” yet they have managged to find a card I have paid on in the past when ordering g a few add ons.
Pretty shocking, so at the moment I have OutKast coming to me “locked in” and I have less than zero interest in it. In fact I’d want paying to provide storage space on my shelf for it.

Suffice to say a strongly worded email has been sent.
