I got my copy of MV today, and same thing with noise on side A/B. I emailed them yesterday, and haven’t received a response yet. Hopefully they have more!

Mine is clean (well, aside from some surface noise at the END of side A that literally no one else has mentioned so I assume is unique to my copy) and it's variant 2 on discogs: CH 182 A1 990587 225795E1

Only side A on variant 2 has different matrix numbers? Sides B, C, and D are the same between both.

Yeah, they have all the stock at a fulfillment center, there would be no way they could play test anything unfortunately.

Ugh, VMP won't send me a replacement until I send a video. That could be a couple of weeks from now until I can make a video. I should have expected VMP would be so picky about replacements and done it before I disconnected everything.

Thanks but I'll take my chances. They assured me there's no chance of it selling out in the next couple of weeks. I should have said Damn, that's going to make it hard to flip the extra copy that I'm getting for free.
