Not only is Lodger sideways, its backwards (his face is on the back with legs and back of the post card on the front), though there seems to be lots of variation on it.

If it actually looks like that, it's pretty sweet. Still not going to get it though. At one point during my peak Deadhead years, I probably had all of their albums on CD. I'd be shocked if I listened to Anthem more than once.
