I could be reading it wrong, but I think it’s that you insulted a person. Talking shit about companies is totally within bounds. It gets kinda sticky when someone is saying negative things about an individual. I think.
If you can't convey a message without resorting to personal attacks, don't post it.

I think it’s just a matter of the forum culture that the N&G mods want to have here. If you disagree with someone, cool, then state your case for why you think they’re wrong. Resort to insults because you don’t like what they said? If you’ve spent much time in forums then you probably know how quickly situations like this devolve into insults going back and forth, followed by people taking sides, followed by debates on who deserves the blame, etc. Lame.
Let’s be big kids and back up our opinions with some thoughtful reasoning. It’s much more interesting.

I'm confused. What you're saying makes perfect sense for two arguing members of the forum, but isn't this a little different considering on of the "sides" isn't a member of the forum?
Edit: I'm not trying to take sides, fwiw. I guess I'm just surprised to learn that the personal attacks rule applies to anyone, not just to members.

I loved this album 20 years ago. One of my very favorites. I rediscovered it a few years back and tried it out on occasion. Sadly, for me it hasn’t held up very well.
That said, I wouldn’t be upset by the pick. And the choice makes sense as a VMP pick.

I would also be excited about a coloured re-issue of Missy Elliott - Da Real World from 1999. I know this is rather unlikely, as it was re-issued two years ago, but these re-issues are actually hard to come by already and I did not manage to get one by the time they were around. And VMP already did an exclusive of Missy´s debut.
