their quality control is subpar last record i bought from UL was all scuffed up but it plays alright.

I'm confused are you saying that @mdmost's interpretation is wrong? Did Storf clarify that it meant what you said? I'm not reading it as saying two contractions per album. It is worded very unclearly though.
