It is a digital release, even though a 7-inch box of the album was (and probably still is) planned for RSD this year. The VMP version will probably be the exclusive 12-inch version of the remaster, if it is indeed the pick.
 
I'm old so I get confused a lot. However I swear that somebody mentioned that this rotm had been called one of the best hip hop records of the 90s by VMP staff. Is that something that I made up in my head? IF somebody did indeed say that, then it's not Coolio. Nobody would say that about Coolio. Right? Like I know people are awful sometimes, but c'mon. That's crazy.

It’s confirmed that it will not be Coolio, because of the last clue Storf gave! No track on Gangsta’s Paradise, samples a song from any of the previous 6 Classics ROTM, let alone any of the Classics ROTM! 👍😊

Front runner so far is Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s Return To The 36 Chambers: The Dirty Version, which would be an excellent pick if it ends up being the August R&HH ROTM!

Storf has been know to be a bit fast and loose with the Hyperbole. I would put my money on ODB at this point but dude would do some rhetorical backflips to justify whatever the pick is ultimately.
