Vinyl Me Please Rap & Hip Hop

Wouldn’t Geto Boys and Tribe still fit all of these clues?

Yeah, silly me forgetting my definite articles in the English language...

Yeah, I expected to unsub again, but there's some surprisingly good picks so far.
Agreed, definitely looking a lot better than the last quarter. Maybe we're now starting to see the picks from that new RHH head of editorial guy they hired a while back.

We have to thank them so much, I mean, luv Vs the world is an amazingly fun pop album (also easy for those who joined for chief Keef but want something less aggro), pharcyde is super respected (and infamously has one of the best dilla beats) and technically UGK still counts because it was 37 on the rap albums chart but that's the only one in unsure about

Never heard of Lil Uzi Vert

hes a big deal super neon glossy but also has a sensitive side and has a young thug like melody style

the BIG songs off the album (2 were legit hits, the other was a cult fav)

also he is known for this song that has been praised by every outlet as the best emo rap in a long time (not on Vs the world, on LUV is rage 2)

Much appreciated
even if you dont really like the rest..

listen to XO tour life at the very least.. his biggest hit (excluding some occasional high placements when EA dropped) and its been so acclaimed that pitchfork literally named it the 10th best song of the last DECADE
