I'd have swapped this out when VMP was sub $30 for their ROTM. To think they are charging around $40 for this is insane.

Has VMP done anything from Mello? Was hoping for Oddisee.

It would be awesome to see Mello get some wider exposure to some of their artists, but they clearly have a very robust process for pressing all of their artist's music and selling it all for sub $30 so maybe they don't want to relinquish any control. Just a thought.

So it’s looking like VMP sealed the deal on Shades of Blue with Blue Note, then some time later Blue Note announced it as an upcoming BN Classic. Bummer.

Yeah I've got the colored MOV version. It's a digital master anyhow so I highly doubt it's going to sound much different between the MOV, VMP and Classics.
