Why does the notice in the page say the main sub price is $31 but the main membership section says it’ll charge me $43 for the month? $31 I can stomach for Spiritualized, but $43 is REALLY fucking reaching. Also $33 for an add-on is a JOKE when you consider that 80% of the stuff in swaps is worth maybe $15-20 on discogs.

I just cancelled my Hip-Hop add-on and now MF Doom's MM.. FOOD is showing up with "scheduled cancellation" despite it being the month just gone and having been charged for??

I would have waited to cancel...they won’t charge again until the end of the month. It should be okay but hopefully you still get Doom!

Hey how's do you guys know how many dead boxes they sold, or are sitting on? Several people have mentioned it but I didn't know you could do a stock check on anthologies.

We all just assume they have a lot because they are STILL offering slipmats to the first 3k buyers, and they pressed 7.5k...so they are sitting on at least over 4,000 boxes.

I wonder if this partly motivated VMP to test a price increase. They are starting to realize there really isn’t a service on the same level as them, with as wide of a reach into different labels and genres as they do. It sucks man.

Thanks Mike and yeh, regrets on this right now for sure. Just seemed obvious to me I wouldn't be cancelling the ones I've locked on, chosen, paid for and are in my orders haha. Guess nothing should be assumed with this company. Have emailed them to clarify though so hopefully they can correct it and just cancel my add-ons without the orders lol.

Prices probably have gone up in the past year especially with that one lacquer plant burning down. I'm sure that price is being passed along and everyone's probably getting pinched in this economy with things slowing to a crawl in March-May. The problem is the juice is no longer worth the squeeze. As soon as I get my records in for August, I'm cancelling. Then I'll sit back and see how many "WE WANT YOU BACK" emails will come in with discounts to get things back to the old price.

And a question I needed answering was answered:
Cancelling mine but have a LOT on preorder.... will I still receive these with no shipping costs if I cancel? (International member)

I'm with the rest of you. Been running quarterly since 2017. Significant price increase, plus some questionable classics pics is enough for me to drop out at the end of Sept. Got some store credits saved up, guess I better use them now while I can.
