Vinyl Me Please (store, exclusives, swaps, etc)

I'm not entirely familiar with that STP album, outside of Sour Girl which is one of my faves, but I think I'd still pass on it. Out of these I may be interested in the Stooges and SOAD (I already own the Stokes) but not enough where I'd join back if I wasn't already subbed (I did 6 mo for 3 bonus albums last week). My feelings on Sublime have been made known and ZZ Top is one of my least favorite classic rock bands.

I do hope this leads to some cool shit I need though like AIC's Jar of Flies. Edit: Unplugged would be incredible though.

Yeah, you may be right on this one. I'm going through their albums now and fondly remembering each and every single they put out - which is a lot more than I remember.

I didn't even give the last two albums a proper listen until last year thanks to a couple of co-workers. I've now given them many listens and I can very easily and happily listen to all 5 back to back without skipping anything. Such an incredible blend of humor, anger, melody and riffs. They never got boring.

Uh, jump on this.

I won't stand for STP shade

Purple is a top 5 album for me. Right in that perfect music wheelhouse of summer of 1994 when I first arrived in Austin to go to the University of Texas. Popped the CD into my car stereo after I bought it from Tower Records on the Drag and just took the whole day to learn my new home for the next 4 years.
