I saw the same thing yesterday and had the same thought. Hopefully just a tech issue/editing oversight… but no guarantee.

Wasn’t Hootie where it was at for a brief mid 90s moment? Not sure it ever made it over here but I’m sure they were a staple when I used to stay up till 2am to watch the American charts.
