Vinyl Me Please (store, exclusives, swaps, etc)

weird, vague, sort-of apology email just received. "restructuring" they say.

what is this "Vinyl Liquidation, LLC" on rosecrans in manhattan beach that's listed at the bottom of the email? google sais it's an AIM Mail Center. wth

edit: oh that's just a mailbox that they're operating out of in a strip mall. but still not sure about "Vinyl, Liquidation LLC".

Restructuring is a specific term with meaning suggesting that they are either in bankruptcy or trying last ditch efforts to stay out of bankruptcy court
 
The one thing I don't get is... when all this went down with the pressing plant, who had ownership of it before it was sold, and why did they sell it instead of keeping the one asset that actually held value in this whole thing? Was it the board? Or the fired members? Or some sort of legal limbo thing?

VMP did not own the plant. cam and the other c-suite guys owned it along with Gary, david and whoever else was a business partner. It’s likely that cam and co got forced out by Gary and david and the plant board.
