If they actually overvalued it maybe. Like if they ascribed a value to damage replacements I would guess yes, because we shouldn't be paying duty on replacements. Sale items I doubt it. They probably claim full price.

I mean you declare the value the customer paid. if I buy a tele on sale in a shop I pay VAT on the sale price not on the full price. Customs is the same. I often buy online and properly run stores have no problem, even when they use dynamic pricing, declaring what I actually paid rather than the list price. VMP don’t deserve to be doing business at this stage, it’s systemic incompetence.
 
I have tracking for one of my orders but when I click it im taken to the Account page.....any ideas how to see whats included in there? I put the number into 17track website, which checks a load of different shipping companies, with no luck.

parcelsapp app or website. Put in the tracking number and pick DHL global as the company. It took about 2 days after I got the number for it to appear.

Cheers buddy! Just looked now and its showing as 0.5 lbs. So assuming this is correct looks like its just 1 record which has shipped. Can't see any monetary declaration on it though.

Wow. That’s kinda light! I suppose that’d be about right for a 120g single in a small mailer. The declared value doesn’t show until it’s been processed in DHLs international shipping centre, Melrose park.

Perfect, well hopefully its the same as usual....if im going to start getting charged extra each record it really is the end of the line for me
 
Now let me preface this by stating unequivocally that I am horrid at math. But if they're claiming 85% fulfillment, with 30,000 members that leaves only 4500 without full shipments. Now there are only 1000 members here, assuming that MAYBE 50% of the members here are actual VMP members. That means the there should be only about 25 people on here in the total 15% of the 30,000 that should be without shipping. It's definitely WAY more than that from the looks of it.

Once again, horrid at math. I did this in my head while walking my dogs so my numbers might be off but I think I'm pretty close.

EDIT: Or the answer is 9. IT'S DEFINITELY 25 OR 9

Definitely one of those or a yet unnanounced third mystery number
