What about the guy who had 25?

You’d be pretty gutted to return 20 records and get nothing. Or the book.
But Mr. C. I really don't care about a tt, book or test pressing. I really want to know who won the clothing!!!
First side of Fiona over. First record in ages without any cosmetic damage. Also flat. And without any sound defects (yet). Ironic
It appears they managed to do the same with the Torres album too.Has anyone been discussing the fact that people have already received the Frances Quinlan album and VMP has sent out emails urging customers to not post about the fact that they blew the street date / embargo on it.
I keep thinking that we must have reached an end to the insanity, but VMP continues to double down on their own stupidity. It appears they managed to do the same with the Torres album too.
With the broken embargo records I'm almost sympathetic; it's a shambles but if the warehouse is under pressure to get stuff out then I can see how they're just looking at the list, putting records in the box and getting it out.I keep thinking that we must have reached an end to the insanity, but VMP continues to double down on their own stupidity.
Every shipment of things like that that I've ever seen comes in boxes that make it VERY clear what the street date is. But I don't disagree that the warehouse workers have been put in an impossible situation by those higher up the chain making TERRIBLE decisions on a daily basis. With the broken embargo records I'm almost sympathetic; it's a shambles but if the warehouse is under pressure to get stuff out then I can see how they're just looking at the list, putting records in the box and getting it out.
However...it does come back to poor stock management in the first place - if the system was working then the packers would have the right pick lists and the embargoed records would stay on their shelf until their time.
VMP is also probably pressuring them to ship out as much as possible as quickly as possible since they are so far behind.Every shipment of things like that that I've ever seen comes in boxes that make it VERY clear what the street date is. "hey warehouse workers, we're going to need you to work around the clock during this Christmas time. But don't worry, we are going to order you some good vibes, on us!" - VMP, probably

FTFY bothFTFY
what was the deal supposed to be with spoon? Stamped? Numbered?
My Aretha album has been fulfilled with a tracking number last week and BB King was showing as fulfilled without a tracking number, so I assumed they were bundled together. Today the tracking number actually works with DHL tracking and the package is showing as 1.5lbs, so since they're both single LPs then that could still be true. If that's the case then my December order would be 100% fulfilled, but my November order(s) of another 15 albums would be 0% fulfilled.
