I don't have the other Blue Note exclusives, but "Stepping Into Tomorrow" sounds phenomenal...one of the 10 best sounding records in my modest collection. I got it as a swap last month (after emailing in). You're gonna love it!
 
Blimey really slim pickings on the swaps now..gone for Eddie Floyd ..only other one I fancy left is the William Bell..cancellation beckons if they don’t raise the standards on essentials

Whoops, forgot I have that one too haha. I used swaps on all 4 to get them for cheaper. Thanks for reminding me to give it a spin when I get home!

Sort of off topic, but now that they did the Anthology box set with Blue Note did VMP give any word to whether there will be any more exclusives or not with them?

I hope so and I thought there were plans. This month was supposed to be one but that didn’t pan out, so who knows. It would be awesome if we got a couple in the Classics track. I know Wayne Shorter’s The All Seeing Eye was thrown around quite a bit and I would be all over that.

I always could use some more Wayne Shorter in my life...so hoping that gets a release at some point. I have plenty on my plate though now with all of the BN 80th and Tone Poet pressings coming out. Good time to be a jazz fan. Bad time for my wallet.

did you guys getting a shipping notice for your Stars replacement? mine still says shipping with next ROTM.
 
So I ordered and paid for She from Trapo right after last months swap closed. I obviously didn’t get it with my June box, but it now says sold out for that album. Y’all think I will still get it? With all the shit that’s been going wrong over there at VMP recently, I couldn’t help but ask for opinions.

This just sucks, I didn't get the announcement email and missed out on swapping my essential track to RHH. I already have Africa Brasil...
