I had the same problem. I'm subscribed to Classics and added The Roots. Shipping email said just Aretha, Orders page said Roots was unfulfilled. I emailed in and received a response in less than a half hour stating that The Roots had in fact shipped with Aretha. Not a guarantee that your situation is the same, or that The Roots is in fact in my shipment, but maybe you have the same thing going on.

@RowBearToe I'm in the opposite situation. Got a shipping notice for the Roots but nothing for Aretha. Essentials is my main sub, and Classics is an add on. Could just be some more confusion.

I'm think you're giving them a bit too much credit. This is a company that doesn't know what stock they have, aren't sure what you ordered and don't know where they sent it to. I'm fairly certain if they tried to burn a building down they wouldn't get past the "lighting the match" phase before they accidentally set themselves on fire in the parking lot of the wrong building.

Or maybe VMP were trying to burn down all social media outlets to suppress criticism but accidentally clicked on last address and it took them to the lacquer plant that they’d visited the day before instead...

I think the whole "close cover before striking" would have defeated them before they even started.

no seriously i really find these jokes uncomfortable i know VMP are not a great company but joking about them burning down a whole building, hurting many, and possibly destroying the vinyl industry in the long term (no deaths but still)... is really fucked up especially since im really scared that vinyl will die in half a year

a lot of their stuff has been done with DMM (like 90% of their hip hop ROTMs are DMM at Gz)
