I added Essentials as an add-on last month for Phrenology and then cancelled after I received it. It says scheduled cancellation but still let's me swap as an option. Any one have this before? Does cancelling mean you are still on the hook for the next month?

I believe that happened to me but it still cancelled even when I swapped. I’d message them to make sure though...

I’ve had that happen before I believe. I think your cancellation becomes effective when swaps close, but worth checking
