I dropped in and out a few times when they had that free record deal a while back, but haven't been a steady member since probably Mm.. Food.

I emailed about a week ago asking to manually swap for Jorge Ben and got a response about a day later. The speed of the response might just depend on the nature of the issue

I wouldn't be surprised if they've had to cut back staff and/or hours, at least. I think it's only a matter of time before we get an email about orders being indefinitely delayed due to warehouse and pressing plant closures. I hope I'm wrong, but wouldn't be surprised. :(

Oh yes I would assume this will happen relatively soon. I'm just hoping this month's shipments get sent out before it happens. All bets are off for next month. I've had 3 copies of Caribou Suddenly that all have repetitive popping on the final track of side A. Obviously a manufacturing issue. It's listed as OOS now so I'm hoping they still have replacement stock but this delay is response isn't really helping my cause...

Argh, bummer (n).

Yeah, I hope we at least get this month as well. I should be getting that Caribou, plus Waxahatchee, which would both be really nice additions to the quarantunes stack.

Yeah open Caribou immediately and check that last track Side A. Starts about halfway into the song. @marshall had the same issue as me but his first replacement copy was all good.

Woah! Is this because of the shipping distance? I’m only on a year plus but I’ve only had one. Albeit it was literally broken.
