Added RHH to swap Salt n Pepa for TLC. Tried and tried and tried to confirm, no luck. Emailed CS, got the same form letter above. Saw others were starting to get the TLC swap to work, still no luck. TLC sold out, so I canceled my RHH track.

When you are able to lock some swap in, do you keep on pushing the Confirm Swap button or do you choose the record new each time? Wonder how it works best?

What a mess. Gorillaz still is failing to swap. Pumas is long gone. Emailed support from the off since it said "contact support to proceed" with my requested picks and only got the "it'll be up soon" message back that was pasted here earlier. Sent another reply back and said could you please manually do it because I fail to see how it's fair to expect people to compete through a broken website for picks. No response since - ghosted.

Naa man, thats harsh, this month is fantastic. A great classic from a superb female vocalist, a forgotten gem from a legendary jazz musician, and a legendary hip-hop album from an all-woman line up (Shoop alone is a jam). Took me a solid 20 minutes to get Pang confirmed, and this was after contacting customer support. Was considering The Stooges, but I recall I didn't have The Roots or Art Ensemble of Chicago, so I've been spending my time continually trying to get one of them confirmed to no avail.
