Same with mine, hope it will just be a temporary glitch. I've successfully swapped for Outkast and Da Brat, and then had asked CS if I could swap the remaining one to The Roots. Then a day later that was available again and I was able to swap myself to that. Hope nothing changes with my swaps now.
 
I don't know if I ever recall getting such a shitty customer experience. Its a never ending shit sandwich...las vegas buffet style. Its downright laughable at this point. Instead of screwing around with swaps I am cancelling my add on this month. AND picking up Fionna from my local. FTS!

Love seeing people blame everyone else -- including the US post office, while endorsing their shutdown -- rather than ever put any responsibility on VMP. Also, genuinely love not having to read other comments, because I have them on ignore.

Looks like they fixed the cancel your add on and re-swap loophole. I grabbed a blackalicious for my buddy yesterday in case he didn't see my message before it disappeared from swaps. He did and swapped for it. So I "cancelled" the track. I just re-added the track to see the "new swaps" and it still has me locked into blackalicious with no option to swap.

Wasn't blaming the post office was just mentioning that my records were at a zip code in a ten minute walking distance from my house and even though I ,called them plus sent an email they decided it would be just be easier to send them back to Colorado. Seems more of a dick move than anything VMP has done. VMP will get get the records in a few days correct the zip code and send them back. I'm not worried about that it's not the end of the world just a waste of time when the PO could have just held them for me to pick up.
