I’m guessing you’re hungry for a quality pressing to be released of this album? Is this the Plain Records reissue?

It is the plain. It’s actually sounds ok, it’s not as terrible as it’s reputation and I’ve owned much worse pressings but it’s no audiophile cut that’s for sure. Equally I wouldn’t say no to a top quality reissue.

I love that album, but have always been scared off of the reputation of the label. A top quality reissue of this is high on my wishlist.

I'd rather anyone else would put out a decent pressing of this album.Let’s hope VMP in the near future makes this Spiritualized album an Essentials ROTM!

But there are several other companies that could put out a great pressing of this album without tethering their customers to a subscription.

Pressing quality aside I suppose I might think that if I was getting it for free too
AP and MoFi won’t do it because it’s not dad rock so I’d quite like to see their whole catalogue get the Abbey Road Half Speed Master treatment.

Mofi did do the Pixies catalog, so there’s at least someone there who likes adventurous music

I think the OG and the Art Vinyl have the Elvis‘ version and the plain all have the same as the CD.
