I seem to recall people complaining about the most recent repress of this. Am I remembering that correctly? Is there a specific pressing i should be looking for? I really need this one in my collection...

So this is the discbox edition that they sold on their website back in 2007. I snapped it up then, before I had a record player (there are 2 CDs in there too) because I was scared that, without a record deal, there would be no wider release. It’s self released and on 45 and sounds amazing, it’ll set you back well into the hundreds though...

They let XL release their current albums. The US albums are pressed at Rainbo and, on reputation, are shit.

The European ones have a much better reputation. It might be worth your while to buy fro m Juno/rough trade/hhv if you don’t want to spend a fortune on discogs for the discbox...

Whatever you do, do not listen to his first three albums unless you want to spend your evening searching out the VIP editions online (like I did a couple of months ago)

Just discovered this is not in my Discogs, and I can't remember if it's because I couldn't find the matrix number, or if it is because it is a "promo" copy with a matrix number I couldn't locate.

This should be fun figuring out...

Omg totally! Everybody gets all excited over the hits that were on this (which are great), but from I Want You on, it's just perfection for me.
