It's a shame they didn't take their time on this one, because it wouldn't have taken much to make it great. It goes through the "digital horseshoe", but if they could have cut the compression on the highs it would have been fine. It's a hair flat, but the compression/distortion on the high end, at least on my system (It was better on my U-Turn when I first purchased this), make it a bit distracting. Again, it doesn't stand out from beginning to end, but it show's up enough.

Any reports on the new 1/2 speed masters?
