Right? I bought it on the same sale and was super surprised, particularly on Side A. It’s a really good, catchy, listen.

Bought this blindly after talking with a guy in line at record store day for about 2 hours. He recommended it, and I'm digging it. Has moments that remind me a little of Morphine.

Been missing this thread, life has been busy and only time for so many threads .

I’m a huge Aimee Mann fan and this is actually one of the albums I know the least (aside the tracks from Magnolia) Enjoy!

Nothing against Aimee’s other work but I am a big fan of this Album in particular. I tend to enjoy Jon Brion’s production and It’s all over this album.

I bought this in my quest to try and complete more of my collection of Zappa/Mothers, particularly after reading that it had different versions or versions that were uncensored.

I cannot emphasize this enough: IT WAS WORTH IT!

It's not difficult to come across, believe it or not. If Parachute Recordings were trying to hide this, they did a bad job because I found it within 20 seconds on Google and purchased it 30 seconds after that.
Definitely the performances I love and remember, but I would dare say this is far from the definitive version it could be. Almost all of the in-between song banter is eliminated, and I question the source used for the recordings themselves. They sound good, but compressed. To be honest, it's worth owning if you hold no hope that it will ever get released officially, but otherwise your mp3's are probably fine.
