You'll rarely hear Ron's name pop up when folks discuss influential guitarists, but Ron's work in The Stooges sent a million kids to their bedroom with a guitar and an amp and what emerged was the musical framework for rock music till, well, now and beyond.

Iggy was the in your face visceral visual, but if you close your eyes and listen, Ron owned the show...
