A comp of Cole porter songs that I was really happy to see in the RSD list, it has some great tracks. But I love the Debbie Harry & Iggy Pop cover of Did you Evah, brings back memories of singing along to it in the car with my mum.
edit - I always jump in on side 2 & never get past it. Debbie Harry & Iggy Pop, Kirsty Mccoll & the Pogues, David Byrne, Tom Waits & Annie Lennox
I like it. It’s not imperial phase Prince but compared to some of the turds he was releasing around 2010 it’s shocking that something like this that is decent was left in the vaults.
another red release. I picked this up on Friday quiet cheap, not listened to all of it but what I have is pretty great. Early 80's factory records, produced by Bernard Summer of New Order
Perfectly accomplished and well crafted fun disco tinged soul album. A bit of a backward step from American Love Call in my book. The record itself looks stunning!
