My order from SRCVinyl never shipped out - they "never got it in the warehouse" - even a month after it was released everywhere else. So I had to find it at another store. It was sold out pretty much everywhere, but I found a place that had it.

The Grateful Dead - Europe ‘72 [OG]
The Grateful Dead - Europe’72 [50th]
I decided to A/B the new 50th Anniversary pressing with my 1973 old Library copy. They are both solid, though the OG has about 50 years worth of static. The new remaster sound real nice. Lots of low end bass similar separation to the original. I wish they woulda used a heavier stock for the jacket it’s pretty flimsy considering it needs to hold three 180 gram records. Overall I am pleased with the new reissue and will probably move on from my original eventually… though, I do love those old Burbank palm tree labels.
