It’s the sleeve/packaging. It’s kinda hard to explain. The outer is plastic, kind of flimsy like the molded plastic that action figures come in. It’s yellowed with age. Then there’s these plastic spinning wheels with different designs on them. The vinyl itself is clear. It was designed by this dude.

This was “limited” vinyl in 1983. There were a scant 50,000 copies pressed
