Besides the killer Kirsten Edkins vinyl this jazz album by Muriel Grossman showed up this week. Technically a reissue but 1st time on vinyl I think. The two albums are both great but couldn’t be more different. However, both LPs feature superbly talented current female sax players. Giving them both a respin today.

I have spent the afternoon listening to these fantastic records. I cant quite believe how good the audio quality is, despite them being private/bootleg recordings. Coltrane really was on another level completely.

Passerine Bandcamp. Was boxed good. No damage. Not sure if I got shipping notification or if it just showed up. Not audiophile but mine sounds great, pressed well, and excellent music.

I tried to order this from my semi-local a few months back but turned out the website and store had differing opinions about it being in stock. On the plus side, they not only refunded me but still gave me free shipping even though removing this from the order crashed me well below the threshold.
