J&K: Stonebone
Not as good of a recording as it could have been, but the trombone as the star makes it a really fun listen. I just saw that Kai died the day before I was born.
Edit: I can't put my finger on what it is exactly, because it's not a bad recording, but it doesn't have that open airy quality that you get on so many of the KG Blue Notes and Tone Poets. Despite that I have no complaints through side one.
Rolled through the last 4 of the @TenderLovingKiller® chunky stack last night and this morning, thanks again!
Ducks Ltd - Modern Fiction
Jim O'Rourke - Bad Timing (played this as I screwed up and incorrectly played Eureka during the @Rip_City stack when it should have been this!)
Blonde Redhead - 23
Sparklehorse - It's A Wonderful Life
