The sessions are sessions and worth it if that’s your thing. The evolution of Yellow Submarine from odd little folk song of John’s to monstrosity is also interesting. I really like the little EP too, Paperback Writer and Rain were always Beatles all timers for me. But if you don’t have the 2014 mono then it’s almost worth it for that on top of the new mix on its own. It still really is the best way to listen to the album. It’s the same plates as that one for the mono here. I already had it but it’s nice to have a back up copy
Rooney "S/T" fresh grab! I've loved this record from the first time I heard it, something about it hit me and I played the "CD" (probably a CDR) almost daily! I'm glad it's finally out on vinyl so I get to listen to it again for the first time!
