I really need to dig in to The Hip a little moreStreamed this one yesterday and enjoyed it quite a bit, but also couldn't get over how much his voice reminds me of Gord Downie's for about 80% of the album. Part of me wondered if it was psychosomatic due to folding and putting away laundry that included a Tragically Hip t-shirt while listening, but when I brought the speaker downstairs my wife was like, "Is this The Tragically Hip?"
Also, the cover art is amazing!
I don't think I've ever seen your set up
Really?? I guess it has been a while since I've posted it in the other thread. The room has a weird layout, so the vinyl nook is in its own corner and the speakers are positioned on the adjacent long wall with the TV.I don't think I've ever seen your set up
I remember getting this for Christmas when it came out - must have been around 15-16. Opened up the gatefold in front of the family, and immediately regretted that moveDISCOGS RANDOM
