The platter has a tiny wobble (still measures well) and it causes the belt to occasionally move up and down the perimeter. When paired with a mildly warped record like this one, the movement is almost hypnotic.

It's the blue one. Ran it through the Humminguru and doesn't seem too bad!

I didn’t even notice that!

Apparently the wobble is a known issue with some of the beta tables. The speed and wow/flutter measure well and I can’t hear any problems at all, but it’s one of those things that can be hard to unsee.

Definitely not wondering about the possibility of machining a new platter or anything…
