IMO Lord Huron hasn't put out a bad album yet. And they are so great live.
I should check it out. The first time I ever saw them was opening for Our Lady Peace at an arena show and I thought they were awful - which was disappointing being a huge fan of their recorded work. I saw them again 2 or 3 years later playing an 1100ish capacity nightclub and it was so much better than that first time. Got to do a meet and greet at that one too, and Art was so lovely to everyone in the green room. Somewhere in a box at my folks place I have my ticket stub he signed.
Consistently solid. Saw them at a fest in Martha's Vineyard a couple years back and really enjoyed the live show. Need to catch them again!IMO Lord Huron hasn't put out a bad album yet. And they are so great live.

For a few years in a row they would play the Independent in SF (500 capacity) even though they were big enough to sell out the Greek (8,000 capacity) just because they loved the venue. I saw them a few times there and it was so good. They're close to the top of my wife's want to see list, and I'd love to see them too!
