It was a pretty soft album. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I wouldn’t say it has any songs I would call iconic anthems like some other other past albums Green Day has released but still good.

I just read Storf's essay that came with this and while I always like to think that maybe it's just that we're all jealous of the job he fell ass back into that we rip on his writing, every time I try again I'm sadly reminded that it actually is really juvenile and bad and the world just works in insane ways.

I enjoy them enough that it’s worth my while to have the CDs for the odd spin but just not to spend the extra switching the vinyl. I really should stop trying to switch my collection to vinyl for a lot of artists that I have on cd, the transport I got just over a year ago sounds so good, been really enjoying my CDs while my turntable is in for repair!
