does what it says on the tin — nonstop epic hunting horn fanfare recorded in a reconstructed 12th-century french church. probably one of the hardest records in my collection.
from the liner notes:
"Lulled since childhood by the enchantment of the Hunts to hounds in the Centre, each of us has been unavoidably touched by the demon of the Horn. So it was that, over the years, our region became wealthier by a succession of Horn champions..."
